Briggs Animal Adoption Center (BAAC) is a program of the non-profit organization The National Humane Education Society (NHES), located in Charles Town WV. We have tried different types of floor coatings in our kennels over the past 20 years and none of these have been durable. We have used epoxy paint and ceramic tile. In our search for a better floor covering, we met with many different contractors. Some of the contractors seemed knowledgeable and professional while others were less than helpful. We chose Tailored Concrete Coatings to perform the work here for a number of reasons. We primarily chose Tailored because of Dylan’s knowledge, professionalism and ‘can-do’ attitude. All appointments were kept and on time, phones calls were answered or promptly returned. The vehicles and trailer are clean and well done with graphics. I believe some of the contractors that looked at the work were perhaps disinterested or fearful of the project because of the irregular spaces and special requirements. Dylan was confident in what his company could do and was more than agreeable to the scheduling limitations that a full kennel required. The tradesmen were all polite, respectful and skilled in their work. There were a few unforeseen challenges in the project but Dylan worked each one out and we are very satisfied with the end result. They where quick to get the job done, and cleaned up after themselves.The garage floor turned out beautiful. They did not have an easy task ahead of them when they began as the floor was in really bad shape, and had large sections where the concrete had come up. They fixed these areas With epoxy and then laid down a very nice final flake coat. I could not be happier, and this floor looks and feels very durable. Dylan and his team at Tailored Concrete Coatings, did a huge project for us this year. We built a wedding/event barn venue with a concrete floor. We really didn't know the best way to finish the floor and it was super important to have a high-end floor for our wedding venue. Dylan worked with us for months as we explored different finishes. Dylan was continually researching options for us to find the best product and finish available. From my first call to Dylan, I was so impressed with his knowledge of concrete and his desire to find the perfect finish for our project. Dylan called at least every week to check-in about the status of the project, whether it was to confirm scheduling or to let us know his thoughts on other finish idea, etc. He frequently came out just to check the concrete and see how it was settling since the concrete was newly poured,. He tested the concrete repeatedly to make sure it would take the finish that he recommended and that the timing would be perfect. He really went above and beyond for us in every aspect of this project! Once the project was done, Dylan wanted to make sure we were completely happy with it. I told Dylan, that of all the contractors that we worked with over the 18 months of our project, his team was among our top contractor by far! Dylan and his team are reliable, knowledgeable, very hard workers, diligent, extremely professional and all were very nice to work with.
